Our Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident using StackMastery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair refund policy as outlined below. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- ✓Request made within 7 days of purchase
- ✓Accidental duplicate purchase
- ✓Technical issue preventing access to premium features
- ✓Service was not delivered as described
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✕Request made after 7 days of purchase
- ✕Subscription already fully used/consumed
- ✕Change of mind after significant usage
- ✕Violation of our Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- →You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- →No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- →Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period.
